The owner and publisher of the Annals of Medical Laboratory Science is West African Postgraduate College of Medical Laboratory Science (WAPCMLS)
WAPCMLS is a statutory professional health educational institution of the ECOWAS under the technical supervision of the West African Health Organisation (WAHO), a non-profit, non-government society, located in Nigeria, whose main goal is to promote medical science. The goals of the college are also the improvement of the medical laboratory profession and through the organization of professional meetings and publishing activities.
