Definition of Terms. As used in this Author Agreement Form, the following terms shall have the following meanings: "Agreement" means this Author Agreement Form; "Manuscript" and "Article" means the article specified on the first page of this Agreement, including any associated materials such as texts, figures, tables, graphs, artwork, photographs, video or audio recordings, abstracts, summaries contained therein; "Video" means any video(s) made by the Author, alone or in conjunction with any other parties, or by the Journal or its Publisher or their affiliates or agents, individually or in collaboration with the Author or any other parties, incorporating all or any portion of the Article, and in which the Author may or may not appear. "Author", "Corresponding Author" , "I" and "You" means the author who is a signatory to this Agreement; "Authors" "We", "Our" "They" means all the authors mentioned on the first page of this Agreement; "Co-Authors" mean all the authors mentioned on the first page of this Agreement except the Corresponding Author. "Journal" means the Journal specified on the first page of this Agreement, "Publisher" or "Publishers" means Edorium™, its owners, licensees, assignees and successors in business.
Section – I: Integrity and Originality of Manuscript
- The entire Manuscript is an original creation of the Author(s), it has not been formally published in any other peer-reviewed or non peer-reviewed journal, it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, it has not been accepted for publication elsewhere, it does not infringe any copyright or any other third party rights, I/We have not assigned, licensed, or otherwise transferred any right or interest in the Manuscript to anyone.
- The Manuscript contains nothing that is unlawful, libelous, or which would, if published, constitute a breach of contract or of confidence or of commitment given to secrecy;
- I/we have taken due care to ensure the integrity of the Manuscript. To my/our - and currently accepted scientific - knowledge all statements contained in it purporting to be facts are true and any formula or instruction contained in the article will not, if followed accurately, cause any injury, illness or damage to the user.
- All listed Authors of the manuscript meet the authorship criteria and no other authors meeting the criteria have been omitted.
Section – II: Open Access Agreement

Section – III: Rights of Authors and Publishers
As author(s) of article submitted to the Journal for publication:

Author(s) retain (or the employer retains, if applicable) the copyright to the Article author(s) have submitted to the Journal.

reproduce, distribute, display and store the Article in all forms, formats and media in which it is now or in the future capable of existence (including without limitation in print, digital and electronic form), throughout the world; to publish the Article in the Journal or any third party repositories; and translate the Article in any language. The Article may be published in whole or in part, alone or in combination with other articles.

Author(s) agree that the Journal may change the appearance of the Article (layout and format) to ensure consistency and readability.
- Author(s) are free to place the published Article wherever They wish, or permit its use by another party, but in all such cases Author(s) must ensure that if the article (in whole or in part) is made available other than through the Journal, the Journal shall be identified as the original publisher and the Journal citation details of the article shall be listed.
- Author(s) hereby grant the Journal the right to use the Author’s/Authors’ name, likeness, picture, photograph, image, voice, biography and performance in any way, commercial or otherwise, in connection with the Article or the Video, and the sale, promotion and distribution thereof. Author(s) hereby waive any and all rights they may have, relating to their appearance in the Video or otherwise relating to the Article, under all applicable privacy, likeness, personality or similar laws.
- This Agreement will be valid for the Journal, its Publishers, owners, licensees, assignees and successors in business.
